General
SA Accountancy is a full-service financial consulting practice offering investment advisory, wealth management, taxation, bookkeeping, audit, corporate finance, and management consulting services. We serve individuals, SMEs, and international corporations.
Yes. We work with both individuals — including high-net-worth clients, professionals, and expatriates — and businesses of all sizes, from sole traders and SMEs through to large international corporations.
The easiest way is to book a free 30-minute discovery call via our Contact page. We'll learn about your situation and recommend the right services. Alternatively, send us a message and we'll be in touch within one business day.
We have experience across technology, construction, retail, financial services, agriculture, distribution, and professional services — as well as individual clients including expatriates and high-net-worth individuals.
Services
Both options are available. You can engage us for a single specific service — for example, just tax preparation — or we can provide a comprehensive package covering multiple areas. Many clients start with one service and expand as they see the value.
Yes. Many of our clients engage us on a monthly retainer basis, covering ongoing bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax planning, and advisory services. This ensures continuity and gives you direct access to your dedicated advisor throughout the year.
Our bookkeeping service includes transaction recording and reconciliation, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, payroll processing, monthly management accounts, and preparation for year-end financial reporting.
Bookkeeping is the day-to-day recording and reconciliation of transactions. Accounting and advisory services build on that foundation — financial statement preparation, tax strategy, and forward-looking guidance. Many clients start with bookkeeping and add advisory services as their needs grow.
Taxation
Yes. We have extensive experience with cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, double taxation treaties, foreign income reporting, and tax structuring for international businesses and expatriate individuals. This is one of our core strengths.
Ideally before year-end. Proactive tax planning allows us to implement legitimate strategies that reduce your liability before the window closes. Tax preparation after year-end is necessary for compliance, but the major savings come from planning ahead.
Yes. We can assist with tax authority enquiries, disputes, and investigations — including preparing responses, gathering supporting documentation, and representing your position professionally. Early engagement in a dispute situation is always recommended.
Audit & Assurance
Whether an audit is legally required depends on your jurisdiction, company size, and industry. We can advise you on your specific obligations. Even where not mandatory, many businesses choose voluntary audits to strengthen credibility with investors, lenders, and partners.
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the entity. A small-to-medium business audit typically takes 2–6 weeks from commencement of fieldwork. We work closely with you to minimise disruption and ensure efficient delivery.
We scope fieldwork to minimise disruption — most information requests can be handled asynchronously, and we work around your team's schedule rather than the other way around. For most small-to-medium businesses, the disruption is far less than owners expect going in.
International Clients
Absolutely. We serve international clients across multiple jurisdictions. Our team has experience with cross-border engagements and we work remotely with clients worldwide. We're comfortable with virtual meetings, secure document sharing, and international time zones.
Yes. We advise on international holding structures, offshore entities, and cross-border corporate finance arrangements. We assess the tax, legal, and operational implications and help you implement structures that are efficient and compliant.
Not simply because a client is based elsewhere — fees are driven by the complexity and scope of the work itself. Cross-border tax structuring or multi-jurisdiction reporting naturally involves more work than a single-country engagement, and that's reflected in scope, not a blanket international surcharge.
Working With Us
We begin with a free discovery call to understand your needs. We then prepare a tailored proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Once agreed, we onboard you, gather necessary information and documents, and begin work. You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout.
Fees vary by service and engagement complexity. We offer fixed-fee engagements for clearly scoped work (e.g. annual tax returns, audit), monthly retainers for ongoing services, and hourly rates for advisory work. All fees are agreed upfront — no surprises.
For most engagements, we can begin within 1–2 weeks of signing an engagement letter. For urgent matters — such as imminent deadlines or time-sensitive transactions — we will prioritise accordingly. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
Yes. Client confidentiality is standard practice in financial services, and we're glad to sign an NDA before any detailed financial information is shared, even during the initial discovery conversation if you'd prefer.
